Teletherapy is the delivery of assessment and therapy online.
It empowers children, adults, schools, hospitals and families to access the services that they need at the click of a button.
Research has found that teletherapy is proven to have the same outcomes as in-person therapy!
Step 1: Book in for your Free Consultation with one of our experienced Speech Therapists.
This is a 15-minute phone call where our Speech Therapists gather basic information about you/your child to determine how we might be able to assist you.
Step 2: If it’s recommended in your Free Consult that you/your child should complete ongoing speech therapy sessions, you’ll then have an Initial Consultation. This will be via Zoom with a therapist that best suits your needs.
This session is where your new therapist will gather in-depth information about you/your child, determine what assessments you might need to complete, and set goals for your therapy sessions together.
Step 3: Then it’s time to begin achieving the goals you’ve set!
Your journey is tailored to YOUR specific needs – there’s no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to speech therapy.
Telehealth speech sessions for young children are tailored to their needs. Our therapists adapt activities to their learning style, interests & sensory preferences, keeping them actively involved.
If they’re too little to engage with the screen (e.g. 12-18 months), we have you COVERED! We switch our therapy model to parent coaching which is evidence-based practice for this age group.
Pop has seen over 2400 clients via telehealth since our inception in 2016, and we now have over 50,000 hours of online sessions under our belt! We know this model works incredibly well and we see positive outcomes each and every day with our clients.
We currently have NO WAITLIST for sessions between 9am and 2pm.
These sessions can be facilitated in a variety of ways, including:
The cost of your session will depend on multiple factors, including:
If you’re unsure about any of these options, our Speech Therapists will be able to provide more information during your Free Consultation.

Our Free Consultation is a 15-minute phone call with yourself and one of our Speech Therapists. Here, you can discuss your concerns and determine the areas that you’d like support with. We’ll also chat to you about the process of getting started with us and how our systems work to make sure we’ll be a great fit for one another!
This call allows us to get a brief overview of your/your child’s need for speech therapy and how we can help you.
After you’ve completed your Free Consultation and signed your quick online paperwork, we’ll get started on finding the best therapist for your needs.
Your new therapist will then complete a 1-hour Initial Consultation video call session with you via Zoom. You’ll discuss your/your child’s case history and the current challenges they’re facing. This is also the time where you and your therapist will set goals and discuss plans for ongoing therapy together.
If you’re a Support Coordinator, healthcare worker, fellow Speechie or allied health professional, you can refer your client to Pop using our dedicated Referral Form here.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer speech therapy sessions on weekends at Pop.
