“I am passionate about advocating for my clients and helping families navigate complex systems.”
~ Monique
Based in Adelaide, South Australia, Monique is a seasoned Speech Pathologist with over 8 years of clinical experience. She thrives on creating therapy plans tailored to each family’s unique needs and shares her extensive experience with the whole Pop team through formal presentations and supervision sessions.
After graduating from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology in 2016, Monique began her clinical career by working in the mental health, disability, and public health sectors. This helped develop her passion for helping clients navigate complicated systems, like the NDIS, and empower families through person-centred care and advocacy.
Monique’s clinical interests include language and literacy development, neuro-affirming practices, supporting individuals with Selective Mutism, and trauma-informed approaches to therapy. Her dedication to inclusive and evidence-based care is backed by her formal training in the Sounds Write, Spalding, Read-3, and Shape Coding programs.
