"Seeing the impact speech pathology had on my son's life showed me how important this profession is in helping children, especially those with medical challenges, to thrive."
~ Michelle
Meet Michelle Howe, our dedicated Speech Language Pathologist from Cairns! Michelle holds a Master of Speech Pathology and was inspired to enter the field through a deeply personal journey. When her son was born with tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF) and oesophageal atresia (EA), she saw firsthand the life-changing role of speech pathology in supporting his feeding and development. This experience ignited her passion for helping children thrive through communication.
Michelle has a particular interest in speech, language, and literacy, working closely with paediatric clients to support their communication skills. She is also passionate about paediatric feeding and stuttering, and enjoys helping individuals gain confidence in their communication.
