Meet Kelsea Moore, our Clinic Operations Manager and the powerhouse behind keeping Pop’s systems running smoothly. With a background in Behavioural Science and experience in HR and healthcare operations, Kelsea has always been drawn to work that makes a difference. She’s passionate about supporting clients to understand and feel heard during every step of their journey — and helping our team of speechies focus on what they do best.
Having worked with rural communities, Kelsea has seen firsthand how tough it can be to access services. She loves that Pop is breaking down those barriers, making high-quality speech therapy more accessible to families who need it most.
