Meet David Tran, our Head of Operations who works behind-the-scenes to ensure clients and speech therapists have the best possible session, every session. With a Bachelor’s in Business Management and International Business, plus studies in Accounting and IT Systems, David has spent 15 years refining operations across multiple industries—including four years in Allied Health and Disability.
David thrives on solving complex problems and bringing together the countless behind-the-scenes elements that keep a business moving. Whether it’s optimising workflows, integrating new technology, or ensuring teams work seamlessly together, he’s always thinking ahead. He believes that every part of a client’s journey—from connecting with Pop for the first time, all the way to therapy—should feel smooth and supportive, and he’s passionate about making that happen.
