Growing up on cattle and sheep property in Western QLD, and more recently near the town of Goondiwindi, Heidi understands both the hardships and rewards of living on the land.
Inspired by her older brother who has Down Syndrome, Heidi pursued a career in Speech Pathology and completed her studies at the University of Queensland.
After practicing in acute and rehabilitative settings in the big smoke (Sydney), she transitioned into private practice in rural communities across the greater Queensland and New South Wales areas.

Pop provides a Free Discovery Call with a qualified Speech Pathologist to work out if our service is right for you. We then work with you and your child to start building confidence and ability.
Step 1: Book in for your Free Discovery Call with one of our experienced Speech Therapists.
This is a 15-minute phone call where our Speech Therapists gather basic information about you/your child to determine how we might be able to assist you.
If you already know you need speech therapy and have all the information you need, you can fast-track to our matching phase by completing our appointment booking form.
Step 2: Once we’ve matched you with the best speech therapist for your needs, you’ll then have an Initial Consultation. This will be via a Zoom – just like the rest of your sessions.
This session is where your new therapist will gather in-depth information about you/your child, determine what assessments you might need to complete, and set goals for your therapy sessions together.
Step 3: Then it’s time to begin achieving the goals you’ve set!
Your journey is tailored to YOUR specific needs – there’s no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to speech therapy.
Telehealth speech therapy sessions for young children are tailored to their needs. Our speech pathologists adapt activities to their learning style, interests & sensory preferences, keeping them actively involved.

No! You can access Pop Online Speech Therapy without a GP referral.
Fortunately, no! We see clients across all ages and stages. This includes families with babies and toddlers, school-aged children and adolescents, through to adults.
We can get started through parent coaching at any age and have fantastic outcomes!
Our Free Discovery Call is a 15-minute phone call with yourself and one of our Speech Therapists. Here, you can discuss your concerns and determine the areas that you’d like support with. We’ll also chat to you about the process of getting started with us and how our systems work to make sure we’ll be a great fit for one another!
This call allows us to get a brief overview of your/your child’s need for speech therapy and how we can help you.
After you’ve completed your Free Discovery Call and signed your quick online paperwork, we’ll get started on finding the best therapist for your needs.
Your new therapist will then complete a 1-hour Initial Consultation video call session with you via Zoom. You’ll discuss your/your child’s case history and the current challenges they’re facing. This is also the time where you and your therapist will set goals and discuss plans for ongoing therapy together.
