Children’s Book Week Picks from Our Speech Pathologists

For the 80th Anniversary of Children’s Book Week, we asked a few of our speech pathologists what their favourite books are to use in their speech therapy for kids.

Whether your child is navigating big emotions, building vocabulary, or simply loves a good adventure, these books can not only be used for speech therapy but also at home to build language and literacy skills.

There are so many opportunities to target vocabulary, inference, comprehension, and figurative language. The imaginative content is perfect for getting kids talking and thinking outside the box.
