Based in Sydney, Caterina is our HR Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Argentina and spent her early career in the legal field, working across compliance, stakeholder engagement and problem solving, including pro bono cases that reinforced her commitment to using her skills to support people facing challenges. After moving to Australia to study English, she decided to build a career here instead, and found her real calling in HR.
Having moved countries and built a new career from scratch herself, Caterina knows firsthand how much support, guidance and opportunity can matter. She loves building genuine relationships and helping people identify their strengths, achieve their goals and progress in their careers, and believes the best workplaces are built on empathy, trust, structure and clear communication. She was drawn to Pop by its commitment to supporting children and families who might otherwise face barriers to essential services, work that lines up closely with her own values.
