Are You a Speechie Wanting To Join Our Team?

    • Be part of a team where Management actually values your feedback – you’re never just a number & your voice will always be heard.
    • Consistent, ongoing supervision & training opportunities. We’re willing to bet it’ll be A LOT more supervision than in your previous roles. Ask us more about it, we’re really proud of this one!
    • Enjoy a fun, supportive team culture. If you love communicating through emojis and GIFs on Slack, you’ll fit right in)
    • At Pop we support our staff through their parenthood journey with paid parental leave. There are many dedicated Mums within our team (including our CEO!).
    • Annual professional development allowance in addition to your salary to sharpen your skills AND develop new ones, including in-house training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OM).
    • You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in different clinical & non-clinical projects to keep your days varied. This could include writing blog posts & social media content, planning your next team catch-up or creating clinical resources.
    • Opportunities to earn performance based bonuses on top of your competitive base salary.
    • Regular in-person meetups & virtual catch-ups to keep you connected with the wider team (we have a Culture Club dedicated to making Pop the best place to work – want to join the club?)
    • Our dedicated Support Crew is just a Slack message away, keeping things running smoothly for you & your clients so you can focus on doing what you love!
    • We welcome New Grads to reach out and apply. Learn more about the New Grad program here.
