There are a few boxes you’ll need to tick to join the Pop Family:
    • You have a fun, playful nature (ready to channel your inner Play School!)
    • You’re excited to be part of a dynamic team with staff all across Australia
    • You’re available full-time, or part-time with a minimum of 3-4 days per week
    • You have space for a home office set up that includes the basics like reliable Internet (weโ€™ll look after the laptop + youโ€™ll get a work-from-home budget)
    • You’re tech-savvy enough to know how to use Zoom & you pick up new software quickly with a bit of training
    • You have a real PASSION for online speech therapy (and even better if you have experience)
    • You have real-world experience in providing speech therapy (bonus points for private practice)
    • You’re passionate about a 90% paediatric / 10% adult caseload, including schools & hospitals
    • You have generalist foundations and may have clinical passion areas
    • You’re eager to learn new things & challenge traditional Speech Pathology service delivery methods
    • You have formal qualifications in Speech Pathology and your own professional indemnity insurance
    • You have a current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
    • You’re based in Australia & have full working rights
For Speechies living outside of Australia: Unfortunately, we cannot hire speechies based overseas due to insurance, NDIS & Medicare limitations and requirements.
