1. Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify for a referral credit, you must be an existing Pop client. The referral discount is only triggered once your referred friend or family member has successfully completed their Initial Consultation.

2. How to Redeem

1. Booking: Direct your referred friend/family to book a free discovery call at https://www.popfamily.au/discover or call 1300 261 160.
2. Identification: Your friend/family member must select “Friend/Family” in the “How You Heard About Pop” section and provide your full name.
3. Completion: Your credit will be automatically applied to your account after the referred person completes their Initial Consultation.

3. Reward Structure

The discount value is based on the date the referred client completes their Initial Consultation:

Consultation Completion Date | Discount Reward 
Prior to 1 January 2026 : 50% off your next regular session
From 1 January 2026 onwards: 100% off your next regular session 

4. General Terms

Session Scope: The discount applies strictly to your standard therapy time slot. Session durations cannot be increased to leverage a higher discount value.
No back-dating: The discount rate cannot be applied retroactively to referrals who completed initial consultations before the set dates.
Automatic Credit: Credits are applied to the next scheduled regular session following the qualifying referral’s consultation.
