Meet Melissa, our dedicated Senior Speech Pathologist based in Brisbane, with a passion for helping people of all ages. She was drawn to speech pathology due to the rewarding opportunities it offers in supporting both children and adults.
Having lived in various regional towns, Melissa understands the challenges faced by rural families in accessing health services. After spending 6 years in the UAE, she has returned to Australia in 2023, ready to make a positive impact on her clients’ speech journeys.
Melissa’s expertise spans across all generalist areas of speech pathology. Melissa has worked in post-stroke and TBI therapy for both children and adults, and within a school setting for the past 6 years. She excels in providing empowering and empathic services to children and their families. Her continuous learning includes Playbased Speech Pathology, Colourful Semantics, SCERTS, Hanen, and Sensory Integration for Speech Therapy.
