Graduating from The University of Queensland in 2013, Jade has gained professional experience in hospitals and healthcare settings ranging across metropolitan cities and regional towns all over Australia. She has a wealth of experience in the assessment and management of swallowing and communication difficulties in the acute and rehabilitation phases of various medical conditions. Throughout these, Jade aims to enhance her clientsโ understanding of their condition and their quality of life. Jade works with her clients to develop effective strategies for communication and swallowing issues, while putting an emphasis on promoting their independence in day-to-day life.
Jade is certified in the Sounds ~ Write literacy program, and is so excited to get to work with children, adults, and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes for their communication, goals, and quality of life.
A caring, process-driven team leader, Jade is passionate about incorporating evidence-based practice into her daily therapy, and ensuring that her team is well supported in their roles.
