Belinda grew up in the Illawarra region in NSW. She always had a love of language, and after studying Italian and linguistics at university, decided she wanted to combine this somehow with her love of helping people and working with young kids. This lead her to completing a Master of Speech and Language Pathology at Macquarie University in Sydney.ย
Since then, she feels blessed to have been able to travel and work as a Speech Pathologist all over the world! She has worked in early intervention in Sydney, supporting children with complex communication needs, and has also worked with children and young people in London, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. Her passions include training teachers to include students with communication difficulties in the classroom more effectively, and working with students on the Autism Spectrum.
In her spare time, she enjoys taking walks, snuggling with her cats and all things musical theatre.
