Ashlee grew up in Northern NSW before moving to Brisbane to study a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Hons) at the University of Queensland.
Ashlee has previously worked with people of all ages in roles within Disability Services and Youth Justice settings. Throughout these roles Ashlee has developed a passion for providing individualised services that support people to work towards the communication and dysphagia goals that are important to them. Ashlee has a particular interest in literacy and the impact specialised and evidence-based literacy intervention can have on supporting children and young people to reach their potential. Ashlee is also trained in PODD, and Hanen It Takes Two to Talk.
Ashlee has since moved back to Northern NSW and enjoys spending her spare time playing with her dog, playing board games, and relaxing with friends and family.
