We’re Seeking New & Established Speechies To Join Our Team!

We're not your typical run-of-the-mill Speechie job (and proud of it!)

Here’s why you’ll LOVE working with us:
    • Work from anywhere within Australia — we’re 100% telehealth with a HQ in Brisbane, so we don’t mind where you’re based as long as you have a reliable Internet connection! Whether that’s from your home office or up the coast ☀️
    • Work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week)
    • Be part of a team where Management actually values your feedback — you’re never just a number & your voice will always be heard.
    • Consistent, ongoing supervision & training opportunities — we’re willing to bet it’ll be A LOT more supervision than in your previous roles. Ask us more about it — we’re really proud of this one!
    • Enjoy a fun, supportive team culture — if you love communicating through emojis and GIFs on Slack, you’ll fit right in 😍)
    • Paid maternity leave 👶 We love babies. A bunch of us (including our CEO!) are dedicated Mums, and we support our staff through the parenthood journey with empathy, respect and support.
    • Annual professional development allowance in addition to your salary to sharpen your skills AND develop new ones, including in-house training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (OM).
    • You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in different clinical & non-clinical projects to keep your days varied. This could include writing blog posts & social media content, planning your next team catch-up or creating clinical resources — whatever floats your boat.
    • Opportunities to earn a bonus on top of your competitive base salary (We’re talking $70-$90k + super for Speechies and $90-$110k + super for Senior Speechies with 10+ years experience 💰 New Grads are also welcome to apply!)
    • Regular in-person meetups & virtual catch-ups to keep you connected with the wider team (we have a Culture Club dedicated to making Pop the best place to work — want to join the club?)
    • Our dedicated Support Crew is just a Slack message away, keeping things running smoothly for you & your clients so you can focus on doing what you love!
Paid Mat Leave

Picture this...

You’re waking up for work every day and DREADING going in.

Your team is lacking pizzazz, the days are looong & you’re not-so-secretly jealous of your friends in other industries that get to work from home.

Plus, every workday is starting to look the same…
✘ Crazy caseload expectations with way too many clients
✘ No opportunities to learn & grow in your role as a Speechie
✘ A non-existent workplace culture (What even is “fun”? 🤷‍♀️)
✘ Management that doesn’t appreciate your hard work
✘ Lack of support & mentorship (Career goals? Apparently your boss has never heard of those)
✘ Outdated systems that make reports & notes take FOREVER
✘ Zero work/life balance (See ya, social life! 👋)

The list goes on and on.

You’re exhausted, undervalued & craving a change.

We get it — been there, done that, bought the t-shirt.

We're built differently.

We know a lot of workplaces say
"We're like a family",
but at Pop, we actually mean it.

Enough about us — let's talk about you!

There are a few boxes you’ll need to tick to join the Pop Family:
    • You have a fun, playful nature (ready to channel your inner Play School!)
    • You’re excited to be part of a dynamic team with staff all across Australia
    • You’re available full-time, or part-time with a minimum of 3 days per week
    • You have a home office set up that includes the basics like a mobile phone, reliable Internet, desk and comfy chair
    • You’re tech-savvy enough to know how to use Zoom & you pick up new software quickly with a bit of training
    • You have experience in (or you’re really keen to practice) tele-therapy
    • You’re passionate about a 90% paediatric / 10% adult caseload, including schools & hospitals
    • You have flexibility in clinical practice and confidence in clinical decision-making
    • You’re eager to learn new things & challenge traditional Speech Pathology service delivery methods
    • You have formal qualifications in Speech Pathology and your own professional indemnity insurance
    • You have a Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
    • You have a Medicare provider number
    • You’re based in Australia & have full working rights
